Let me tell you...not only did it look freakin' impressive (and really - it's only whipped cream and chocolate curls on top), but it was TO DIE FOR!!! I tried like heck to get a good picture of my dessert - but I couldn't get the right lighting, and gave up. No worries though, because I treated myself to a new camera this weekend...one that I will be extra careful with!!!
