1 bag salad greens w/ carrots
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Chow Mein noodles
1/2 cup dried cranberries (I used cran-raisins)
1 jar Asian Sesame Ginger dressing
Mix and serve immediately: ** I served it with BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans and Steamed broccoli
